I am using a single cable and the cable works fine for both ethernet and power. But since the power is drained from iPad, I would like to find a splitter cable that can power both iPad and raspberry pi5. I tried this cable “MOGOOD USB C Splitter USB C to USB C”https://amzn.eu/d/0gC0VU1
But it didn’t work well and pi 5 is not getting enough power. Is there any splitter cable that works well for this setup?

Looks to me that your chosen cable has one data port, one PD in port, and one host plug.

That means the device on the host end (the male connector) controls the PD negotiation and is the only port to get input from the PD source. The female data port appears to be USB 2 (quoted as 480Mbps) so will get whatever the USB host decides to give at 5V. Which could be as little as 500mA.

Try with the male connector in the Pi. That'll let the Pi control the PD side.
