a display is detected on HDMI-1.
Preferred resolution advertised by the display is 3840x2160@60Hz -> that's what the current resolution selected by the Pi.

Code:

  3840x2160 (0x23) 712.750MHz -HSync +VSync *current +preferred h: width 3840 start 4160 end 4576 total 5312 skew 0 clock 134.18KHz v: height 2160 start 2163 end 2168 total 2237 clock 59.98Hz
So will this give you an image on your screen? You have checked that HDMI is selected as the input signal source (use your monitors OSD)?

Have you swapped the cable to another one?
