so you got it
mousepad opens the file that already is there.
.config is a hidden folder containing the file. you can press ctrl+h in the file manager or right click -> show hidden, with the mouse.
you can also adjust the time, 500 is what i have in my notes, lower if you want it faster when you mouse to the bottom.
